I am a speaker on the topic of purpose and meaningful work based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I led the reimagining of career development at Princeton University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and created and taught a model of hypothesis-driven self exploration to thousands of students and alumni on the Princeton, Stanford and Yale campuses. In a previous life, I was a management consultant with McKinsey in Palo Alto and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife Anu, my two children Sarina and Rohan, and our chihuahua Mango. I serve on three nonprofit boards focused on peacemaking and healthcare around the world, and also on the board of Filoli Historic House and Garden. I also have been an active Yale volunteer in many different capacities for nearly 30 years, and treasure every opportunity to visit campus. I welcome conversations with Davenport students on finding a meaningful and fulfilling path after Yale.
