Room Reservations

  • Please fill out the request form at least 2 business days before your reservation. Contact Shaffrona Phillip-Christie,, for any questions about room reservations. 
  • You will receive an email confirming your reservation within 1 business day.
  • Requests should be made by a Davenport College student who will be in attendance throughout the event. All rooms must be put back in order after use. Remove trash from area and put in basement trash receptacles. You will be responsible for the orderly conduct and prompt conclusion of the event. Unless specific permission has been granted, no alcohol will be provided, served, or allowed. 
  • Any reservations for the Dining Hall or Common Room must be approved by Davenport College Council. Attend their weekly meeting on Tuesdays at 9:30pm in the Davenport Common Room for approval before filing an online reservation form! (​Please note that DCC will be hesitant to permit room reservations for the same organization twice in one semester.) 
  • THE Wellness Center in the Armour Room may only be reserved for wellness related events, it is not a space for club meetings, debates, singing auditions, ect. This is a space for organizations to hold wellness events for their members or the wider Davenport/Yale community.

To reserve the student kitchen, email the kitchen managers at
