Brief biography:
I write about science for the New York Times, where I have been a columnist since 2013. I am also the author of 14 books. At Yale, I am professor adjunct in the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. I'm the father of two daughters (Yale 2023 and Yale 2025).
I received a Bachelors in English from Yale College in 1987.
